This page deletes your Lipi account from our servers straight away. You can do the same thing inside the app under Account → Delete account.

What gets deleted

Your account and the phone number it is registered to.
Your scenes, chat history, dashboard layout and any connected skills.
For boxes you own: everyone's access, and the record of which phones and laptops have been seen on your home network.

What stays

The boxes themselves. The hardware is on your wall and keeps working — it goes back to showing a pairing code so it can be set up again.
Anonymous activity logs tied to a box rather than to you. Your user id is removed from them, so they are no longer attributable to anyone.

Your WhatsApp number

You're already signed in on this browser. We'll send a code to your WhatsApp to confirm the deletion.

We've sent a second code — this one confirms the deletion itself. Signing in proves the number is yours; this proves you meant to do something that cannot be undone.

Confirmation code

Your account is deleted.

Nothing is left to recover. If you set a box up again it will start fresh, with a new pairing code.

Email support@lipi.me from any address and we will action the deletion within 30 days.
